The Department of Tourism at Ming Chuan University made a remarkable impression at the 12th Annual “International Golden Tourism Awards” in 2024! Known as the “Oscars of the Travel Industry,” this prestigious event was organized by the Travel Quality Assurance Association of the Republic of China and took place on December 12 at the Excellence Hall of the Howard Civil Service International House.
Wang Meiyue, a graduate student from the Executive Master’s Program in Tourism at Ming Chuan University, led Green Life Travel Agency to win two major awards in the National Tourism category of the “International Golden Tourism Awards.” Additionally, undergraduate students Wu Yujie and Zhuang Minghui won first place in the Sustainable Ecotourism category for their innovative travel itinerary, earning the esteemed “Campus International Golden Tourism Award.” Several other students and alumni from the Department of Tourism also received various honors, bringing great recognition to Ming Chuan University!
