In order to cultivate well-rounded basic knowledge of the disciplines comprising MCU’s School of Tourism, every student in the School, regardless of major, must successfully complete courses in the three areas indicated below.

Basic capacity for hospitality management- Introduction to hospitality management

Employment- The ability to emphasize cross-disciplinary practices among tourism, leisure and recreation, and hospitality fields
Innovation- The ability to innovatively design projects for tourism, leisure and recreation, and hospitality fields
Team Work- The ability to communicate effectively and become a team player in tourism, leisure and recreation, and hospitality fields
Ethics- The ability to take responsibility and perceive professional ethics in tourism, leisure and recreation, and hospitality fields
Macroscopic View- The ability to broaden worldview and have second foreign language ability for tourism, leisure and recreation, and hospitality fields
